This extension handle does what it is intended to do. Unfortunately, the shear/shrubber for which it is designed to use is a worthless due to its lack of cutting ability. Black & Decker makes a lot of poor quality items but my experience is that the shear/shrubber is among the worst which makes this extension useless.

Shears didn’t lock well onto extension handle. I wound up duct taping. Really. Then the “on” buttons on the extension handle worked 50% of the time plus the power of the shears was diminished when it did work. I checked and the power connection was tight. All in all, I am VERY disappointed in the quality of this product while I like my trimmer/shears.

The safety for the triger is very hard to use and the wheels keep coming off

It works great as to not having to get on your knees or bend over to trim the edges, but the handle is not very sturdy as you have to slide the shears into the handle. It fell off more than once. It would be much better if it had some way to “lock” it in place.

I have the older, smaller grass shears so the instructions were a little harder for me to figure but after that, I am very pleased. I have a lot of trimming and with arthritis in my knees cannot get down to trim. I am glad I got it. Probably should have bought a little bigger, more powerful shears but am doing fine with mine now that I have the handle.

I found the larger canisters to be a bit small. They did specify the size of the containers, so that’s not the company’s fault, but I wanted to be able to put a bag of flour in the largest and it’s just not large enough for that. They look great and are otherwise functional.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Items were exactly as displayed and at a resonable price.

I love the look and design of these containers in my kitchen. They complement my decorating style very well. I just would have been happier if they were more durable. The latches seem like they are a little crooked and possibly easy to break. Every time I go to open them I wonder if this will be the moment they break off. The Stainless Steel Spoons were also poorly made. I washed them a few times (5 or 6) and they have small browning spots on them. Possibly rust? I do not recommend these very highly if they are to be used constantly. For someone like me who loves to cook and drink coffee. I am using them constantly and they are a not the most reliable thing I have in my kitchen!

I went ahead and ordered these units even after the poor reviews. I believed the rave reviews that these units are great. Boy was I disappointed upon receiving the containers. First off these units are poorly molded and DO NOT seal airtight. I filled them with water and turned them over. All of them leaked- from a moderate trickle to a complete gush of water which emptied the largest unit in about 15 seconds. If they leak water they are not air tight. I messed with the seals on them for quite a bit and determined that the lips of the containers are not even. Therefore they can never form a complete seal. This makes these containers pointless since anything you put into them will be exposed to the open air. It is too bad because I love the square shape as it makes for compact storage. The spoons mounting to the side is also very handy. The silicone gasket will stand up to years of use, if the darn things sealed properly. And the sizes are convenient. However, the point of an “air tight” storage container is to keep your foodstuffs away from the air. These units just dont cut it in my opinion.

great for cutting steak. i use it to slice avocados, tomatoes, oranges as well. i’ve had mines for 3 years now and they still cut very well. i also like how they have a round tip compared to the regular sharp/pointy ends which sometimes poke your hands or fingers if you’re not careful.

I purchased a set of these knives over twelve years and they are still sharp as the day I purchased them. I have a Spyderco Tri-Angle Sharpmaker System that sharpens and hones serrated blades as well as plain blades. Keep them sharp, they will never fail. From the maker of Swiss Army knives, best value for an overall paring/steak knife. Although the handles are not the most aesthetically pleasing as others, they work! Great product!

i purchased these knives a while ago and i have never been happier with a purchase. they glide through meat, veggies, cheese, whatever (oh yeah! and tomatoes, no matter how ripe). most serated knives rip and tear but these are without a doubt the best. you can’t go wrong for the price. even though they are catagorized as steak knives, you will find that they serve as utility knives as well. you gotta get a set of these!!!

I’ve always wanted a ten inch bread knife, but never purchased one because of the expense. After buying the Victorinox Chef’s Knife, and liking it so much, I looked for the bread knife, saw that it was truly inexpensive, compared to other well-known brands, and ordered it from Amazon. It’s exactly what every household needs, unless one only buys pre-sliced breads. Really happy with my choice.
